Mild Fish Curry

1.25kg firm white fish
2 teaspoons turmeric
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 medium onions, halved and cut into fine half-moons
2 long red chillies
4cm piece fresh ginger
pinch ground cumin
1 x 400ml tin coconut milk
1–2 tablespoons concentrated tamarind
1 tablespoon liquid fish stock  / sauce

Serving Size : Serves 4-6 - add rice...
