Carrot Cake Recipe

I halved this recipe and it gave me an average sized cake...

DRY MIX
350g sr fl
1sp 1/2 bpowder
1tsp ground cinn
1/2 tsp ground ginger and cloves

WET MIX
375g brown sugar
275 ml oil
200g greek yoghurt or any yoghurt
4 eggs

Whisk wet and dry mixed til smooth

Add 400g peeled / grate carrots... stir carrot into flour mix/toss and combine

Pour into cake tin (lined), 170 degrees 45-5 mins to cook depending on moisture in carrots

FROSTING:
250g cream cheese
80g icing
100g melted white choc
tsp vanilla

ice and then put walnuts around edge outer... YUM! (I didn't have any walnuts)
